What a Webflow retainer includes

A maintenance retainer covers the unglamorous work that keeps a site earning: uptime, form and integration monitoring, Webflow plan and CMS hygiene, a fixed number of change hours each month, a response time on breakages and a periodic performance report. Webflow Care includes all of that, with a 48 hour response on anything broken and a quarterly Core Web Vitals report.

A growth retainer starts from the same base and adds output: new landing pages, structured conversion experiments, on-page SEO and a monthly scorecard that ties the work to traffic and leads. The Growth Retainer ships two to four new pages a month, runs one experiment at a time and reports on what moved. A $7,500/month Scale tier adds more page and experiment output for teams with more traffic to work with.

Webflow retainer vs hourly or per-project pricing

Hourly billing is fine for a single task and expensive for a relationship. Every request needs a quote, a queue and a decision, so small improvements never happen. A retainer removes the overhead: the budget is fixed, the capacity is reserved and the site keeps moving without a new scope each time.

Is a Webflow retainer cheaper than hiring in-house?
